Who, What, When, Where and How? Technology Support at ECU
From secure Wi-Fi access and technology assistance to student computer labs and printing, Information Technology and Computing Services (ITCS) provides you with the technology tools, resources and support to be a successful member of the Pirate Nation. In this session, you'll learn about the resources provided to you by ITCS, where to find them and how to get help from Pirate Techs. At ECU, many academic majors have established standards for student computers and require or recommend their students own or have access to a computer. We’ll talk about the computer requirements, free on-campus support and requirements for connecting to ECU residence halls and wireless networks. You'll also hear about free software for students such as Windows 10, Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, SPSS, SAS, MATLab, Minitab, etc. ECU’s tech experts are here to help make sure you’re prepared!
