ECU Career Services supports and empowers students in their career development to succeed as professionals in a global community. While we try to support your student, we also hope that parents and families can help us collaboratively engage their student in gaining career-readiness skills.
We provide resources and tools including career exploration, resume samples, virtual workshops, and job search assistance through 1-on-1 counseling and online resources. In addition, each fall we host a job fair for part-time, on campus employment. Each academic college has a career liaison dedicated to providing services for the students and faculty.
Focus 2 is a FREE in-depth career exploration and assessment tool that gives students the ability to discover career options and gain valuable insight into occupational information for career decisions.
Handshake is an exclusive job posting site available for ECU students that host all on and off campus positions including federal work study, averaging over 5,000 positions daily.
