Compensation and Benefits

RA Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of a 2.5 semester and cumulative GPA
- Clear conduct record with Campus Living and the University (this does not mean your student can never have been documented, it just means they met with the person they were supposed to and completed any sanctions that may have been distributed)
- Clear criminal record (no arrests, etc.)
- Documentation that they have lived in a residence hall (ECU or other university) for at least one full semester
Students can learn more about the resident advisor role, ask questions and meet current RA staff at an information session on Wednesday, January 19 at 6pm!
