If they are ECU scholarships, they should be automatically applied (as long as your student has accepted them).
If they are scholarships from entities outside of ECU, those scholarships need to be sent to the Cashier's Office.
Many students have scholarships and it can take some time for them to be applied to everyone's accounts, but you can call the Cashier's Office at 252-737-6886 or the Scholarships Office (if its an ECU scholarship) at 252-328-5816.
