Same here. Ive also called to get an incorrect amount for the meal plan removed and no response from the dining hall.

The links on the page work now, but they just take you to your students Pirate Port. Maybe that's how they are intended to work but was a little misleading that it seemed that Parent's could do it without having to get access to Pirate Port.
