Just deleted my first snarky comment but please allow me to politely say that communication is confusing, as it is written, and unhelpful. Best to just begin with an explanation of the requirements and process (emails have not gone out so how do I know my status, does my approval the last two years stand, is this an annual requirement...), then directly refer to your insurance page. Caution to new parents, last two years, website had problems. ECU staff were helpful both years and without them explaining things, I would never have figured out the steps or the secrets to getting this done.
