Once a student has accepted their financial aid and met other requirements for accepting your award, aid should automatically be applied to your bill. For a clear picture of what your bill looks like with aid applied, your student (and you if you are an authorized user) can visit the Touchnet payment portal to see a breakdown of the bill. You can also contact the Cashier's Office if you have questions about your bill at 252-737-6886 or the Financial Aid Office if you have questions about your financial aid at 252-328-6610.
