Once your student has opted out of the ECU First Day program, please allow a few business days for the course materials charge to be removed from their student account. You can also contact the Cashier's Office if you have questions about your bill at 252-737-6886.

We opted out long ago but it is still on the bill. I’ll call the cashiers office
