We are new to ECU and I can't figure out how parents can easily see what amount is due to be able to pay it. I clicked the link in prior comment and it just says error. Is there a whole different portal I need to be using?

There is a separate payment portal for the ECU bill where parents can view the bill and pay the bill. Students must grant parents access to this portal as well, this is called becoming an “Authorized User”. Why can't I log into the tuition portal? My son gave me access.
